Lake Paradis is a spring-fed, crystal-clear lake set entirely within the domain. With 260 metres of private shoreline — every metre of it yours — the lake offers a quality of solitude that is almost impossible to find elsewhere in the Laurentians. No motorboats, no crowds, no noise. Just still water and sky.

A wooden dock extends out over the water, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon swimming, or simply sitting and watching the light change across the surface. A canoe is available for guests to explore the far reaches of the lake, discover quiet inlets, and observe the wildlife that comes to drink at the shore — deer, heron, and on lucky evenings, beaver.

Swimming is excellent throughout the summer months. The water stays clear and refreshingly cool even in August. In winter, the lake freezes solid and becomes a natural skating rink. Ice fishing is possible with the right equipment. Whatever the season, the lake is the gravitational centre of life at Lake Paradis Domain.
